This Regulation shall be without prejudice to the obligations of Member States relating to their processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) or the obligations of the Authority relating to its processing of personal data under Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) of the European Parliament and of the Council ((35)) when fulfilling its responsibilities.
