This Regulation shall be without prejudice to the obligations of Member States relating to their processing of personal data under Directive 95/46/EC (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) or the obligations of the Authority relating to its processing of personal data under Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) when fulfilling its responsibilities.
