Applies only in part. Under Article 25 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117, this act ceased to apply from 1 Jan 2025, except for:
- Article 5(12)
- Annex I, templates 18 to 24
- Annex II, Part II, points 5.1 to 5.7
- Article 15, until 31 December 2026, only for the purposes of Article 5(4) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117
It is repealed with effect from 31 Dec 2026. Current requirements: IR2024-3117 (ITS on supervisory reporting).
This provision no longer applies (since 1 Jan 2025).
