SREP liquidity assessment and institution-specific prudential requirements

612.

For Article 113(1)(b) of Directive 2013/36/EU, competent authorities should consider ‘matters’ to be significant and/or ‘findings’ to be material at least where:

a.

specific quantitative liquidity requirements are proposed by competent authorities; and/or

b.

measures other than specific quantitative liquidity requirements are proposed by competent authorities and the score assigned to liquidity risk and/or funding risk is ‘3’ or ‘4’.
