Interaction between supervisory and macroprudential measures
Where an institution is subject to macroprudential measures and the SREP assessment determines that these macroprudential measures do not adequately address the institution-specific risk profile or deficiencies present in the institution (i.e. the institution is exposed to or poses a higher level of risk than the level targeted by the macroprudential measure, or the deficiencies identified are more material than those targeted by the measure), competent authorities should consider supplementing the macroprudential measures with additional institution-specific measures.
