Until 26 June 2021, the provisions on own funds requirements as set out in this Regulation shall not apply to investment firms the main business of which consists exclusively of the provision of investment services or activities in relation to the financial instruments set out in points (5), (6), (7), (9), (10) and (11) of Section C of Annex I (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) to Directive 2014/65/EU (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) and to which Directive 2004/39/EC (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) did not apply on 31 December 2006.
