European Banking Committee

The Commission shall be assisted by the European Banking Committee established by Commission Decision 2004/10/EC (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) (⁽¹⁴⁾). That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab).

Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 (opens EUR-Lex in a new tab) shall apply.
